Hi. Just watched your Kadjar review. Satnav - definitely mediocre, but that's what I find as the norm (I drive a lot of hire cars a fair number of miles, so get to try out the navs). I've not driven your favourite car, the Mondeo, but I did have a new Focus last year that inverted the map by 180 degrees for no reason. I only trust google maps on my phone these days and ignore inbuilt nav's. Dash - Maybe 5 mins playing with the options and you would have discovered the better rev counter. You made no comment (excuse me if I didn't catch a comment in the review) about the eco options, gear change indicator, fuel economy, boot space, driving/parking assistance etc. Chassis - agree. Engine/gearbox - Mine's 22k in and no issues. A K&N air filter livens it up a bit but increases induction noise. All in all, more research and detail please.
This guy knows nothing I mean really nothing this is a scam for what ever reason he has ... bloody ell the Mondio keeps cropping up should give you an idea where he is going with this review......
What a useless review. Can't open the boot...Gee it is not hard. Has 3 seperate ways of opening and he can't find one ??? Have a look in settings can change dash and get several rev counters. No ash tray ??? I have not seen one for years. How many cars has this Charlie driven ?
It never ceases to amaze me how petrol heads complain about cars made for people who just want to get from A to B. I'm not going drifting or doing donuts on the council estate! I don't need a rev counter to tell me when to change gear. All I need to know is, am i speeding? Do I have enough petrol? Is the engine overheating?........ that's it! I drove a Kajar for a couple of years and found them to be extremely practicle, economical and reliable. The Sat Nav does prompt you for better routes but you can turn that feature off and yes, it does have sound. If you need to know if you're about to blow your engine up from speeding down the high street and getting the least economy from your lead foot, PAY UP and get a performance car. Stop complaining about cars that aren't designed for you!
You make an excellent point. People need to listen to reviewers who have the same priorities. For the record. I thought the Kadjar was a great all rounder.
Not impressed with your review, at 75 year old I have had Mini's to Merc's and have owned a Kadjar since new 2019 and absolutely no problems, there is a rev counter if you look, the sat nav works fine again you do not appear to know how it works and never had problems with keyless entry or starting, suggest if you review something know how it all works first
Sat Nav ...increase the Volume ,it will default to Zero Audio...Boot ...theres a small rubber Nipple u der the Body Cowl on the tailgate more or less Central. You can change the displsy on the Dash , not just the Colours but the Config too 🙄
Thank you. I only had it for three days. Figured most of it out by the time I gave it back the rental company. Except the hatch. Did the video 24 hours in. Was premature in hindsight.
Never owned a Kadjar - this video is stupid, all your criticisms are either as a result of misinformation or a lack of knowledge. To unlock the car using keyless entry, you press the button on the door handle. You wouldn't want it unlocking when you don't want it to.
If it can detect when the key is in the vicinity I think its fair to assume it should open automatically. I mean, it locked automatically when I wasn't in the vicinity. The rest of the review, definitely lack of knowledge on my part. It was a rental that I had for 3 days and it's wheels barely stopped turning. Niggles aside, generally I thought it was a fantastic car.
I totally agree with dashboard, I can’t seems to figure out the miles on my car, cos they r two different miles on me dash board right top and bottom of each other. If someone have an idea can they let me know if it is the top one or the bottom.
There are about 6 settings for the display screen for the speedometer etc... you change it to all different displays and colours. The sat nav is great in the UK and abroad. To be honest your review is terrible. Maybe next time do a bit of research on a car before doing a review.
@@MRT.1977 Don't think he done ANY research. Possibly just jumped in car after a stooshie with his partner. So negative I thought Ford was sponsoring him :)
i have a kadjar, i must say it's not the best car i have ever had, but its a car. this review is so inaccurate has there are settings for the dash, you can customise to suit your own choice, the rev counter he kept saying he wish he had, is right in front of him on the outer ring of the speedo with an economy marker. this guy not only drives at speed on A roads , but does not know where all the controls are. shocking video.
