Bharat me traffic roles kuch zyada hi strict h. Baki roles thik h par modification ka permission car owners ko milna chahiye. Laakhon ka gadi leke, laakhon ka tax de kar agar apni pasand se thura sa modified na kar paye to aise faltu ke roles band kar dena chahiye. America Europe me gadi ke engine tak change kar sakte h.

Sirji, triber ke original headlights osram 12v 55 watt Halogen hote hain par lighting bahut weak hai. Maine osram ke hi night breaker 12v, 55watt halogen lagaye Hain Jo 50% zyaada light dete hain aur koi extra wiring nahin lagti. Sirf bulb replace hote hain. Thoda zyaada cost hai par safety ko dhyan rakhtein hue maine dalwaye Hain. Yeh same rating aur company ke hone ki wajah se road legal rehne chahiye. Kyaa aap confirm kar saktein hai iss baat ko?

Nicely explained sir 👌. Im Elangkumaran from Tamilnadu. Having Triber 2020 RxL model. Nothing modification i did with the vehicle. In the night drive shorp corners are not able to visible with out headlights. So need of the fog light is important. But proper light like you are having is not available. Still searching for the fog light sir. Can you tell me from where where got that halogen fog light & price.

1.5 k only You can' use led deep light led bulb also both head light and fog lamp "low-height light led bulb" or more contextually, "low ceiling light bulb." Good quality not chains

Brother, I am actually looking into the new rules and regulations on this subject, specifically searching for the new guidelines from senior officers and RTO officials. Surely, the next video will be related to this, as there might be some solution because different states have implemented different laws and regulations.

Thank you so much for the response & reply sir. I have changed 55w halogen into 80w halogen in headlights & adjusted the threw of headlight from inside the bonnet also sir. So visibility is ok sir. But need of the fog light in shoulder side to the cars feels very important for me sir. Im looking for atleast 36w to 48w led for fog light. But it is not available in the online & shops also sir. 4 yrs gone sir...

There is auch restrictions on installing roof rail in Motor Vehicle Act. But definitely not advisable to install. It will disturb the dynamics of vehicle. And commercial vehicles, tempo etc are main culprits and they never follow the rules

Hello Sirjee, overall good information par mai thoda confused hu. As per new MVA 2019, section 52, maine apni gadi ka registering authority (Telangana RTO) se puchha ke rooftop box (closed wala, jo aerodynamic hai and overload karna mushkil hai kyunki woh closed hai) lagane ka permission chahiye. Unhone bola ke private car mei rooftop box/carrier lagane ke liye koi permission nahi chahiye as that is an accessory - jaise bike ke side/pichhe mei carrier box laga sakte hai.

There is no prohibition in the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, and the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989 against installation of luggage carriers atop private four-wheelers to carry luggage of passengers of that vehicle. There is no requirement to take prior permission for installing the carrier either.

@@rajanything.. Sir, I have two more queries of you can help me with that. 1. You must be aware of parking issues nowadays and because of that I have bought a flat with my separate parking in it however people park their car in front of my house and my vehicle gets stucked inside and in this I also feel embarrassing when I have got any relative visit as I am unable to park their cars inside my own house. For this, I have also lodged a FIR however, at the end they have allowed the people to park their cars outside my house. We all know what happened and why there is a sudden change in the police official decision. 2. I am from Army background hence, lots of time, my family got transferred here and there and when we were in Agra, we bought a bike and that time compliance number plate was not mandatory however when it became mandatory and now I am at Delhi NCR companies are saying your vehicle can only get compliance number plant from its base location which is Agra and with all, I am unable to use that bike. What should I do?

Brother 1st part answer 👇 First of all, let me tell you some points regarding the land dispute issue: 1-Do you have any official document of ownership for the disputed land? 2-Has the colonizer or previous landowner given you any written permission to use this land for your private vehicle parking? 3- No other person can use the land directly in front of your house's main gate without official authorization. 4-The land on the opposite side of the road in front of your house belongs either to the colonizer or the person who owns it in written terms. If it does not belong to anyone, it is a public space and not someone's private property .Note:👉 The most important thing is that the police department cannot make decisions in any land dispute case. They can only take legal action based on the situation without creating a dispute. The authority to make decisions on land disputes lies with the Revenue Department, the SDM office of the area, and the final decision can only be made by the court. The role of the police is limited to preventing disputes regarding vehicle parking issues.

In India, compliance number plates are issued from the place where the initial assembly of the vehicle took place or where its identity verification (IDV) was done in the RTO (Regional Transport Office). The Authorized Registration Office of that place registers all relevant information. When moving to another state where your vehicle is registered, the compliance number is forwarded from there. Different states have different rules regarding compliance plates. Could you please provide detailed information on the rules currently in effect there? Kindly contact the transportation department of the state where your registration is from for further details."

Main concern is that the people just opposite my house parks there vehicle in front of their gates which also blocks my way to take car outside. What should I do in such situation? Baki kahoge toh bhout ips officer ki photo share kar dunga jo khud illigal gadi lekar chal rhe hai kato unke challan. Baki khud ki gadi mai jo aapne modification karwaya hai😂 woh legal kaise hai.
