Great little car. I think that the peak of mechanical reliability was reached with this type of cars in middle 2000's. Now we are going backwards, with 3 cylinders, hybrid modules and so on. I hope (and I have no elements to think otherwise) that my Twingo mk2 will last enough to become a "vintage car" so that I can drive her around despite future restrictions.
I have exactly the same trim. Gear shift is good for city travel, no necessary gear change speeding the Twingo up again in traffic. Brakes don't last long due to city travel (30to35 000 km). Glad to read about long lasting engines. Interior is simple, odd yet very functional and the plastic maintains same look even after more than 10 years.
I changed break discs yesterday on on my 2007 twingo 103.000 km I'm very happy about it, plastics are perfect after 14 years, not very beautiful inside but for the cheap price it's a perfect city car or first car for new drivers
Underrated little cars. Had a 1.2i 8V (the same 60ps, or even 58ps as this one), that was a bit slow for my liking. Now I drive a remapped 1.2iTCE GT and that is just perfect. Well-build, effective cars, these Twingo II's.
Was soll uns dieses absolut schwachsinnige Video zeigen? Dass da ein Blödmann ab und zu zu schnell fährt und rast und dies noch mit seiner Dashcam zum besten gibt?? So ein Mist verstopft nur die Festplattenkapazität bei RU-vid.
