the question is what path tracing is for? then D5 will lose its main meaning and that is rendering speed. same as unreal engine. I use Unreal and D5 precisely because of speed. If I don't want fast rendering, I have free blender and its path tracing, which is faster than path tracing in Unreal engine.

@@ibamarcel4577 Adding PT necessarily doesn't mean removing the real-time option. I myself use D5 for speed as well. When clients want to change something at the last moment D5 comes to the rescue. But at the same time High quality exterior render is also a necessity. TBH D5 has pretty shitty contact shadow and AO. The lighting is also really bad for exterior scenes when compared to other PT options. I love everything about D5 and use it daily for professional work. But at the same time, I always regret moving from Twinmotion when I have to render out still images for exterior scenes. Also, I can't really go to Blender to render out the scenes I need with PT because I'd have to remake the whole scene in Blender again and It'd probably not match as you can't share D5 assets with other apps. So, I don't really see your point being valid. And I'm sure this is not a problem I'm facing alone. This is the only reason my company isn't completely moving to D5 and there's plenty of other examples out there as well.
