Sometimes the site-based rendering engine (the one used in the video, Mecabricks doesn't have any others) is down due to maintenance issues (it runs off of a physical server setup that the owner of the website personally maintains). I believe the owner is currently on vacation, so it's just a waiting game until the renderfarm comes back online.
