@@beyondconvention9312 Yes, you are right I have a different tuning... It should work with the chords that you play along, but I will try to post a video with the regular tuning. I am currently working on a Mantra Songbook for the Ukulele which has the regular tuning. I feel that I confused a lot of people with my tuning, I am so sorry about that... I hope that I can make up for that with the book :) Sadly I couldn't include this Mantra, because of copyrights - I never received a reply from the musician who composed this beautiful mantra.. One more reason to make a new video with the regular tuning :) I will try to do that as soon as I can! Much Love, Renée

This is soooooo beautiful Renée, thanks for sharing❤. I've tried practising it but it sounds completely different on my uke 😓. I have the chords and the pattern 1 2 3+4 2. Maybe the problem is a different tuning? Mine is tuned in C, could yours be tuned in G? 🌸
Yes, I have my Ukulele tuned D A F# B - I learned from a book where this was the "standard" tuning... Only later I found out that with the Internet, G C E A has become the standard way of tuning. I was so used to the other way of tuning, that I kept playing it that way. BUT: you should still be able to play along, since we play the same chords! So it shouldn't sound off or wrong, if you know what I mean. Maybe just a little different, but it should sound nice altogether. Let me know if that's true, or not!! Love, Renée
