Renewal by Andersen donated and installed 42 energy efficient windows in Opportunity Partners’ Jorgensen House in south Minneapolis, Minnesota. This was the largest donation of its kind for Renewal by Andersen.
“This generous donation will reduce our heating and cooling costs, beautify this historic home, and most importantly, enhance the quality of life for the individuals with disabilities who have called this house their home for more than 15 years,” said Opportunity Partners President & CEO Armando Camacho. “We are incredibly grateful.”
“Community engagement is a core value at Renewal by Andersen. Our foundation has been involved in supporting people with disabilities for over 60 years, and it’s important for us to give back to the communities where we live and work through volunteerism and sponsorship,” says Tim Pepera, general manager of Renewal by Andersen of the Twin Cities. “This project with Opportunity Partners gives us a chance to do just that. We are pleased we are able to help improve the quality of life for the residents of the Jorgensen home.”
