Anime may use drawings to tell stories, but it's stories like this that got me into it. I saw my first anime during my teenage years and became a fan. I don't look like the stereotypical anime fan and people would never guess I'm invested into stories from Japanese writers. I find that many Japanese writers come up with amazing stories that are told through anime and Japanese video games. During college, I realized that many of the main messages from stories like this can be applied to the real world. That's because it's people in the real world who wrote such stories.
Rengoku's crow knew him since he became a Demon Slayer... 😭😭😭😭😭 Rengoku did what all in power should do... protect everyone weaker, even at their own cost. A true hero.
i've just finished this and that was an amazing reaction. but the discussion was even more great. i love how Mski understood Rengoku's dream and how you both loved and understood him, but also Inosuke (my fav boy 😭). can't wait for you to discover more and more characters! i hope the channel keeps growing! kokoro wo moyase 🔥 also, when Sisi said "demonocracy" 💀 lol (oh, and those hanafuda earrings look sooo cool!).
It's really sad how bitter hid dad became after the mothers death and on top of that, the realization that they may never defeat Muzan because they held the weaker form of the original breathing. From how people talked about Rengoku's father, he was truly like him. Kind, Passionate, Strong, and truly admirable -- A man who lost his flame, his will to go on.
Yeah your analysis of Akaza playing with rengoku in their fight isn’t far off. He got serious at the end because of the sun but otherwise he just wanted rengoku to be a demon
No, Id argue they are about equal in strength. Akaza had the advantage of almost instant regen and a broken blood demon art, but when it comes to physical strength, they are equal. Or if anything, rengoku is stronger, considering Akaza couldn't even pull his arm out of Rengoku when he was serious. (And yes, I've read the manga. I know what Akaza can do. Before anyone tries to use the manga as a "gotcha")
Akaza distributed those hands, everyone mad he ran like he can’t fight the sun he held back and spent the entire fight trying to recruit him, Akaza top dog
I love your discussion at the end. Everyone questions why Rengoku’s dream didn’t reflect what they imagine to be the perfect situation but nobody offers a solution. I agree completely with your view of his dream and I always have. I’ve been waiting for someone else to see it the same way. Thank you for sharing your reactions, your thoughts and your legs 😉 I enjoyed it all. 😂
The crazy part is rengoku always said delicious while he was eating his food because it could’ve been his last meal so he decided to enjoy it the sad part is it was his last meal
The reason he says delicious is because ancient time in japan people would go to war they don't know if they come back alive so they enjoy it's as their last meal
To address your comment of "Was Akaza playing with Rengoku" Yes, and no. He wasn't strictly playing but he was not trying to kill him until the very end. He truly wanted to recruit Rengoku, which is why he seemed to be going easy on him. Akaza really doesn't give a crap about what Muzan or the other Demons are doing. He just wants to get stronger and ideally, wants someone to get stronger with. But Rengoku performed magnificently. If Akaza wanted to kill Tanjiro and the boys, he could've exceptionally easily. But Sunlight = Dead so yeah. Ain't nobody got time for that! Also don't worry about people forgetting Rengoku, this isn't like most anime where his death only matters in the short term. Rengoku will never be forgotten.
Its not a yes and no, Akaza was trying to have a conversation the whole time and laughing while rengoku was keeping up, he was strictly playing with him, akaza doesnt die even if his head is cut off and he knows this, akaza knew that he was never gonna be beaten until the very end of course with the sun. But akaza was trying too hard not to hurt him too bad.
@@AC-ow1gj dude fucking huge spoilers for one. Two, at that time he had no idea what would happen. It's very clear in the Anime that he overcomes that weakness as they spend about 4 pages talking about it. But you should really delete your comment.
Akaza was playing with him bro. Yes he was trying to convert Rengoku but if he was actually serious then the fight would have ended much faster. He didn't even use his stronger techniques. You will realise this in the Infinity Castle. Also he doesn't eat women (which is much nurishing). Also in the Infinity Castle it was almost impossible to kill him as he was about to learn to regenerate his head. If it was not for his human memories returning at the last second and him giving up the will to live, Tanjiro and Giyu both would have been toast.
I don't even understand how Rengoku haters exist 😭 This man was one of the most respected among the Hashiras and really was a big brother to everyone. His positivity and charisma are amazing. He never let anyone die, faced UM3 without a mark but still almost defeated him with sunlight. I cannot even imagine the potential of this man if he had survived and how the tides could have changed if he were alive. *BIG BROTHER RENGOKUUUU* 😭
Guys The thing is that perhaps it was the first time that Inozuke cried for someone he knew, since he always lived in the mountains and did not have much communication with humans. 😢❤😓💔🔥
Hello, Mski & Sisi. I enjoy watching it every time from Japan. OTS's "HOMURA" is written and sung by Lisa. You will be able to meet her in the one-take performance "THE FIRST TAKE", so please give us your reactions.
The truth sometimes hurts and here the truth is that if the sun had not risen all those present there would have died at the hands of Akaza, he is literally the 3rd strongest demon without counting Muzan, he played with Rengoku the entire fight, there was no chance of beating him for a reason which would be a spoiler
This was the 1st part of the 2nd season, even though the 2nd part of the 2nd season is better, there is no better character than Rengoku Kyojiro. 100% agree with you there.
Akaza was not running away he was escaping worrying about sunlight, demon can't fight in sunlight. Plus he was playing around holding back cause he want rengoku to be a demon. If he doesn't want him and was serious it would've been over quickly because he is 4th strongest demon(1st is muzan), Rengoku stand no chance against him. There a reason why Upper moons got a huge gap of power stronger than lower moons and it gonna need more than one hashira or hashira level people to defeat a upper moon
Hello to you guys...if you guys are not that much ahead of RU-vid uploading time then i have a proposal to you guys....while watching S3 pls write down all important points in any *notebook* for not confusing yourself ,this anime is pretty well written in back and forth most PPL tend to forget things that's why they confuse themselves while getting served a lots of information at once...😅
they are not equal in strength Akaza was just playing around he was trying to turn convince him to be a demon not killing if Akaza went full power on him that fight would be much shorter
