This is a massive update video as I share with you my experience of moving into my new house, showing you lots of visuals. I had to renovate the house, while simultaneously caring for plants and moving them in between the spaces. I share my thought process, creative thinking, troubleshooting, and actual construction of plant habitats that I have created. This episode prepares us for the next few episodes which deep dive into each habitat in the house.

Congrat Sean for the new home!! I feel you. I also just moved in to my home one may. I designed my own home and it’s very tiring. The first few month was very stress even after I moved in. And I’m now started to enjoy it cos everything is more or less in place ( the first few month actually is trial and error especially arranging furniture, organised things. And of course I picked up plant as hobby) don’t be stress, sit back relax. Don’t rush. Everything will be alright!!❤

The only thing I would say is, stop running, it's not a race! There's no need to speed through everything. This is your house, it's takes time to make it a home. Enjoy the journey so that when you look around in 6 months time you can be happy with the design of each room, the placement of each piece of furniture, the creation of each green space. Do it for yourself not for RU-vid content and know the journey is never really complete. Slow down.

I feel you Sean.. I noticed that even thru your other videos you're kinda anxious at times, but it's OK to chill and take a break for awhile.. Take a short break, do some yoga or meditation, breath.. Hello, the wall is actually kept dry most of the time. When I water it with a sprayer it might stay moist for about 30 min or so. We dont want to keep that wall wet as mold or moisture damage can come in

I bought them from a reputable garden center (prima flora) so yes they have treated them for tanning

Hey, love your new video. The big wall looks great! But social isolations and feeling detached from your emotions can be first signs of depression. Make sure you still talk to people about this. Moving with 1000+ plants and doing everything alone can be a really hard challenge for body and mind. Take care!

I can't wait for your home tour you have a amazing collection. Last year I moved from one house to an island a province over (Canada) and it was stressful. We had to load a U-Haul with my 8-9Ft trees and I was worried they would fall over. I accidently sunburned some of my smaller plants while moving in a SUV. But they all made it to our new home

I love your new home and after the stress of moving and arranging subsides (not to mention all of the rehab), I’m sure you’ll love it too! How do you water the plants on the coconut coir wall without damaging the wall?

The plants are still in pots, only the aerial roots are rooted into the coir. i water the pots, not the wall. Any moisture that gets on the coconut fibre will dry up in 15-30 minutes completely. But only time will tell if the wall holds up 🤔

Nope. The wall is treated with exterior paint, meant to withstand daily rain in a tropical humid climate. I would not recommend this for regular paint or wall

Lol Those are just gym shorts. And no lithops are not available here in Indonesia. Only seeds are sold online and most of them are fake 🥲
