Most of those would've survived or restored back to its original state - not unusual for teams to go through more than one season with just 1 or 2 cars
Ford in Köln has a museum with several cars from that era. Including C.Ludwig's Texaco Sierra 500 rs, a Wurth Capri 1,7 turbo, a Blue and white Mondeo made for a racing series that never got going.. Brazil GT. A Escort Mk IV touring car with a 1,8 liter turbo. A Fiesta Mk II 2,0 Liter racer. And also a big collection of daily drivers, utility vehicles and some more bizarre creations. Plus... there was an area, we didn't get to see, where the Racing Division, had a garage with special cars. I take it, those are the ones, that have won and are still used as show cars. Only about 2 km from that place, is the Köln Auto Museum, where Michael Schumacher has donated a car, from every year he raced in F1, plus a Sauber C11, a Ralt F3, and other memorabilia. Plus a large collection of vintage cars and design gems
