For the drainage problems on the grass.. try installing a soakaway system into the ground, might help naturally disperse the water rather than ponding. Try researching a drainage field

i've met both of these men Aleems dad and himself both at PETHQ when i went down there and surprisingly the G63 G Wagon was being delivered i got pics with and without the plates an di was about to leave and the Humbe gents themself let me in to take a look around as well as get some photos!

Your drainage issues will most likely be due to compaction of the soil. Can be solved by aeration. It could also be caused by low spots developing in the lawn.
