Mad that you've got to have a permit do to certain things in your house here in the uk we've got to have planning permission to do extensions or if its a listed property that's about it. So glad i got to watch your videos before they were taken really enjoyed your fixer upper 👌😊

Hi! Have you considered either moving the couch forward onto the rug more in your living room/moving the rug back under the couch more so all the front legs of the couch are on the rug? And I love the fiddle leaf in that corner!!

Yes! I plan to but I’m also getting a new rug. I really don’t like this one anymore. It’s not big enough for the space and I can’t get it clean enough anymore ❤️

you know, i was thinking the exact same! moving the couch forward and maybe creating another space behind it with one of the coffee tables and some sitting.. or something. It's so spacious, really nice.

As your baby bump gets bigger I get more and more excited. My youngest 2 are 16 and I find I am really missing that time as I watch your belly grow. I cannot express how happy I am for you guys. Such a cute house! I think ur TV room would look nice w/ the TV on the long wall and the couch across from it. It would look less squishie. You could fold a blanket around little pillow to make it the right size! You have amazing energy!!

I just love your home and everything y’all are doing. The decorating is so cool. We bought a 1965 ranch style last November and love living here. We are doing things as we can to update. The main bathroom still has the original pink tub and tile. We are a work in progress also.

I love this style of the house. Everything comes together so nicely. Don't be to upset about the countertop, you could change the laminate top layer when changing this sinks. It is more money to spend but it is what it already is.

Ur daughters room is looking cute! Just a suggestion/ move the curtain rods up higher/ if the curtains are closer to the ceiling, it really makes your windows appear bigger! Have had drapes made for several homes & that is always how they hang drapes! It really does work!

I definitely considered it but we just kinda decided to hang them this way because I have to take them up anyway. We have radiant heat so they can’t lay on them come Winter time. I may move them up at some point ❤️

I know how you feel we moved into our home at the end of February and it is a 100 year old fixer upper. We are still working on the kitchen, we have been doing it all on our own too, my husband works 55 to 70 hours a week so that is one reason why it is taking us so long, and hoping next year to put central heat and air in so i know about working in a hot kitchen.

We have the same sandbox! Our two just love it! 😊❤️👏🏽 YES we are buying those same toilets for our new home! I seen them in your previous video when you did the kids bathroom and I said I’ve got to have those LOL! Hey Denise, I’ve been binging so many of your videos lately. It’s so neat to see your house come together, I absolutely love your decor style 💜 I feel ya on the short girl issues when it comes to chairs and stuff.
