If you're talking abt transforming the pillows, you can do that without transform plus! I don't have transform plus and I can move the pillows with the transform tool :DD!!
16:32 it does that when you're far from the fan to save on server resources. If you go in person (or just move the mailbox closer) it will render smoothly.
Just to say about the ceiling fan is gonna glitch in build mode but when u go out off build mode and check it out its not gonna glitch anymore btw love youre videos and I cant wait to watch another one

in order to not make things look too much of one color you should make different walls different colors, like if theres a wall sticking out (like the bedroom for example) you can change that color and/or material and it wont look weird, also try to step out of ur comfort zone because a lot of the houses u make look relatively the same
you can add a fan, it is not laggy. Just in build mode it isn’t as high quality so it doesn’t move smoothly, just for performance. out of build mode it moves smooth. Hope this helps. BIG FANNNNN 😃😃😃
This was my first starter house renovation house, I kept the bedroom and deleted the rest then a few months later I bulldozed the plot to make a new house from scratch
16:30 the ceiling fan had this low frame animation because your roblox character was too far away. Once you come close, the animation is back to smooth, it's not a glitch
