Looking around this house transports me to paradise! So so beautiful. Nice family. However, an immense property like this, they should have had foresight and KNOWN us would be a constant fortune keeping this property safe, decorated and well-maintained. Old building with old roof’s and old plumbing with no insulation. What a millstone. I’m happy in my 3 up and two down with moderate gardens. Plus at 77 I’m looking to downsize.

... the confidence that Jennifer gained with Ruth's help. It was heartwarming to watch her genuine gratitude and love for Ruth..beaming, with eyes smiling as soon as she saw her. Jennifer truly blossomed. Good on Nigel for relinquishing his archaic idea of having to control everything. I could see it wasn't easy for him, but he found out that his wife was deserving of not only his trust, but his respect. Lovely story. ❤️🤗🕊️

Seems like Adrian is just trying to make ends meet and then is taking double criticism from both women in this conversation. I can't blame him for shutting down and not wanting to participate anymore. Ruth seems to have a great deal of business acumen but she has a double standard when it comes to the women she works with. The women are equal or they aren't, which is it. Bless Adrian.

Arts and Crafts period and Edwardian is my favourite. Always do beautiful and practical design. I've always dreamed of an Arts and Crafts house. Still a dream at 76. Hope it all turns out fir them. An ordinary (with respect) couple who have an opportunity. Good Luck 🤞🍀🍀🍀🙏🏻

Would be good BUT I couldn't blame at all, the host. She is brilliant. The couple are at fault (as they are and full of upper crust arrogance). Mine would be a comedy drama and these two looking dimmer and more idiotic as it goes along. The end would be host OWNING the house and succesful. Those 2 end up as gardener and a scullery maid.
