It fills my heart up every time I see Elizabeth in a vid. I know it took a lot of effort. Thanks so much for doing the tour for us. Barry, Molly and Bill and everyone else that helped out did a amazing job. A average home here on a small lot in the city is about 500K Canadian funds. That is certainly smaller and multiple floors. A home like the one you fixed is ideal as people get older. Ranch style are perfect for the... worst case a very small ramp at the front door for wheelchair access... no stairs and easy access to things like washers and dryers. That back acre would make a glorious garden space all tucked away.... with a chicken run at the end... well fenced so you could let the chickens clear the garden and fertilize at the end of the season. (Excuse my dreaming... it is far too big of a property for me.) I have a feeling the next vid will be... "sold".

Absolutely and exactly correct. In our area it would be over 1 mil as per the xtra land and the quality of what you have done. That property would be absolutely perfect for a large homeschooling family with a family cottage industry. Those garages would be big enough to have a woodworking/furniture building business, welding shop, machine shop etc. connected to the house. There is enough room for a good garden, and for some livestock for meat. You did a great job of finding colors that work with those 70's earth tones, and that ain't easy.

I think it is great how positive and supportive Elizabeth is, always praising her family, telling people how proud she is of them all. That is so very important!! I can't imagine how nice that must be. That is something that everyone can learn from. Tell the people in your life that you are proud of them, Praise the good. With a home like that in such a beautiful, tranquil park like setting you wouldn't need to go on vacation anywhere! The interior is just beautiful and shows all the attention to detail. The house is beautiful - great remodel. I would love to have it 🙂. In the kitchen, I had never seen the pop-up powerstrip and charging ports before -- neat (you can never have too many plug in locations 🙂). Nice big garage/workshop area. Beautiful yard. Y'all will have it sold in a short time.

Bill reminds me of my Br-n-law, he was always busy, project going all the time, he had amazing skills and patients to see a project thru. I had to smile when Elizabeth was describing first coming in from the garage, seeing the dark wood on the island base, the rock on fireplace, and floor, then the modern kitchen brightness. She is a breath of fresh air. Would be amazing to sit and have coffee with them.

As I watched all your work over these months, I thought that the price should be at least one million dollars! Maybe there will be a bidding war and it will sell for more than you are asking! Not only is it beautiful, but the plumbing and electrical systems are perfectly done! It is worth a lot to know you can trust that those systems are done right and are safe. And that rock-solid deck! Wow! Everything was carefully thought out and carefully done! I would like to see video of people coming in and oohing and aahing over everything! There was a TV show like that once! Here in northern Illinois that house & acreage would be at the least $900,000 and the taxes would be over $30,ooo a year. Also, you couldn't get any contractor to finish a house in 5 months. It would be alot longer. You are all amazing! That house is going to sell fast. My husband and I flipped a house and was able to pay off ours and add 32 panels of solar on our roof that we installed ourselves. It’s hard work but rewarding. Have a great week. Beautifully done, I love the cabinets and granite, but I'm old school on that. I see this house as a great place for a ministry for teens or troubled teens or even foster children. It reminds me of my childhood in the 1970's, especially the fireplace and living room area. This could even be a quiet retreat for people to get together for Bible study and worship. The open area is very modern, some people love that, not for me, but again great for what I mentioned above. The handicapped accessible shower 🥰 the wooden look floors with easy clean. A big house like this is a lot of work, but those floors will make it easier.

I don’t know what else to say, except I absolutely LOVE that house and land! It’s just gorgeous and someone will be very lucky to purchase it! I’m sure you’re glad it done😓😓 Prayers continue for Elizabeth’s health! God Bless🙏

WOW!! What an incredible transformation!! No wonder Elizabeth is so pleased and proud of all the work that has gone into that house renovation! It’s absolutely gorgeous and a large family would be incredibly blessed to live in a home like that and with all that available land it’s amazing!!!! Could definitely have an enormous garden and a large chicken coop and the area behind the house could easily be turned into a year round cold storage area!! That’s certainly what I would be using it for three sides with cement blocks underground it would be perfect for a root cellar! Could even be an outdoor processing area for the chickens. A bunch of sheep followed by pigs on the main sections would do quick work of all the underbrush and would help to clear that area in the valley and pigs would finish off anything left behind. Anyway that’s certainly what I would be doing with it. Having a garage door in the back and front genius!! No need to run around to the front just to go into the garage and no tracking dirt through the kitchen! Very smart indeed! I wish you all the best and there is no reason why you shouldn’t be able to get exactly what you are asking for that home! Around here it would be $1.4million easily!🥰❤️🇨🇦

The original house was pretty but needed a lot of care, and just LOOK how gorgeous y'all made it! Sounds like a reasonable price for all the amenities and all the lovely touches it has, plus the beautiful setting. You will have no trouble selling this, I am positive. Wow, so very beautiful and move in ready. Love the floors, kitchen counters, Amish made cabinets throughout the home and Deck. The 5 acres is incredible. I like that there are no pipes under the house! So smart to have cedar walls in the bedroom closets, keep those pesky moths away! LOVE: the leathered stone counters in the kitchen….that to-die-for stone fireplace….amen to the 50’s-style triangle kitchen…that BUCK!!!….the color of the luxury vinyl flooring…the geek-driven info in the water heater closet….the black harlequin windows….cedar-lined closets (genius!)…the never-ending private lawn/pasture. Little houses built in 1942 and expanded upon. Old places updated somewhat but nothing like this brand new home. Prices here are way out of line. The family who will live in your wonderful home will start a history for it for yrs. to come. Elizabeth I too could picture Christmas trees in the family room with the fireplace blazing away and people loving this place. You done good guys be proud of this wonderful place. Those pesky almond light covers....there's always something. The fireplace, kitchen cabinetry, and back yard deck are the stars of that house. The extra garage space is also very unusual gem.
