In this episode of renovation we're talking about house flipping. You have to make sure you get a home at the right price and in a strong market. We're planning on fixing this place up but most major parts, like plumbing and electrical, of the home are already updated. We're focusing mostly on cosmetic by leaving a lot of the old trims, removing a few walls to make a bigger kitchen and opening up the space. When we come back Vance plans to take you through the main level of the home and show you our plans in order to flip this house.
