Thumbs up 👍 Counsel! Nicely articulated. If l had not studied a bit of law, l wouldn't have agreed a bit with you because l would have taken it personal i.e. according to who/what l support. According to our own constitution, you are 💯 correct in all what you have said. Truly as the Bible says 'my people perish due to lack of knowledge.' Most people here just comment without understanding what the law says on a particular issue. It's high time we became conversant with our laws.
It's disheartening that praise singers are not objective enough to see the view points of others, but instead are vicious to insult fellow human beings
No one is insulting...Just telling the truth. He is a PF lawyer so he is the PF vuvuzela not an outstanding lawyer. Lungu led the most Incompetent, most corrupt and most lawless govt...Very tribal and ruthless...Its being unserious to talk what he is talking...
The fact will always be " the truth hurts". Hence the reactions comes with demeaning language. Fortunately the truth is there for all to see and can never be sugar coated but remain straight as delivered. Thanks counsel once more.
They don't want us to know what happened to him because the people he mentioned were responsible are very close to the powers that be! The things that they are doing are just a clear indication of their Involucramiento en este caso de JJ!
That was educational in terms of how the law works. Yet indeed there's something to fear about this new law that is about to be made on tribal remarks. I feel that many innocent people will be falsely accused.
Starting with the current government, it's evident that certain issues need addressing. Firstly, it's unwise to dwell on stale cases like JJ's altercation with the police, as it's more prudent for the system to function independently without political interference. Such matters should have been resolved earlier, rather than now amidst an abduction crisis, which reflects poorly on the political climate. Secondly, the Ministry of Home Affairs is faltering, exemplified by the disarray within the police force. Ratsa is failing while traffic police just loiter collecting money. The Minister in charge should be held accountable, and necessary changes need to be made promptly. Thirdly, the President's communication strategy requires refinement. His speeches should be professionally crafted, addressing current issues researched by his media team. Presenting himself as an iconic figure demands more than casual oratory like icona man. Lastly, strategic planning is essential. Public announcements must be calculated to avoid unnecessary unrest and ensure stability. I am saying this frankly. Addressing the opposition's stance, it's understandable to critique government policies, but evaluate yourself first frankly. The lawyer has now transitioned from lawyer to politician and this demands caution. Public defense of clients should remain within the courtroom, avoiding politicization which he is doing. Furthermore, the selective criticism of past administrations, particularly regarding tribalism, lacks credibility without statistical analysis. Professional insights should transcend bias and provide objective comparisons. The lawyer doesn't talk of Lungu because his tribe was favoured then. Regarding campaign rallies, adherence to the electoral timetable is crucial to maintain democratic integrity. Should campaigns be held anytime? No. Lungu is aware of the procedure jhe was President. Drawing lessons from international examples, ie Trump's lawyer blindly supporting leadership can lead to family destabilization, but truth comes out. The lawyer must advise his client and a oid politics. Emulating successful developmental strategies, such as focusing on rural development, could yield more inclusive progress which is what HH is doing. Lungu on the other had focused on rural areas both are advantageous though rural to urban gap needs to be reduced. We are yet to see how this approach will be accepted by the people. Overall, trust of both government and opposition is tenuous as trust of both has reduced considerably. The behavior of elc is appalling yet the behavior of police leaves us wondering if we are safe. Clarification, transparency and communication are imperative to restore public confidence in governance.
@@Hannah-jk3dk he is one of my blood people who can not allow divergent views there a way the person looks at national matters. Thank God i grew up on the copper where there is no TL
@@Twasubuka That's okey I am a one Zambia one nation child. Bemba Tonga my grandparents, Lozi Tonga, my parents and I married Eastern Tonga so really I don't know where I stand but I know where my opinion is - with whoever my opinion favours for each happening
Mmmmm that’s not true Mr Makebi Zulu people can see what HH is doing …. People in rural areas are getting the monies from the government to help them during the drought….. They get K600 in rural areas aaaaaa not true you are saying
This Lawyer is not sincere. All the instability being agitated by his clients; he expects the state not address it? How far.ahead do you forecast food security ( maize in particular), the drought was not for seen. Yes state security is a priority!!
That's why People or even the govt should plan for both positive and negative things. There's a proverb which says don't count chicks before they hatch. This is what this govt did by selling the maize. As individuals, we save for a rainy day which we don't know. So no matter the explanation, selling of maize was done in bad faith - poor planning.
