And this is what I like about this anime. The creators know how hopeless Kazuya is, so they literally casted a rent a girlfriend fan to help them out.

Man, the introduction of Yaemori has surprisingly elevated this season up bigtime. Yeah she's an instigator in her own ways, but the introduction of a character that can cut through these people's B.S. in the way that she does it is a real breath of minty fresh air that's bringing out the silver tongue of character development that happening this season.

Even if something did progress, Kazuya doesn't strike me as the best boyfriend material a girl could have. I'm still over here wondering what he plans to do for his future if he's blowing his tuition money on rental girlfriends. If this movie thing leads to him going into directing/screenwriting movies for a career, I call foul.
