Really liked the 1-2 bedroom apartment, had great view of the beach and town. The one thing I liked the most about the studio was that it came with a washer ( very convenient for a apartment) I was wondering if the complex come with a washer room
Great video. I think the studio is the better deal here. The one bedroom is basically a studio with a sliding wall. The studio is better because it is $135 cheaper for a 4 sqm difference. And the 2 bedroom is really nice but expensive
You should show where places like these are on a map relative to central Pattaya. This way, we know where it is relative to all the main places to eat, shop, the main beach etc…
There's many main places to eat in this area too, not everyone thinks central Pattaya is the main place. But what area exactly in central Pattaya are you looking at? so I can tell you where this place is relative to that.
I am assuming anything is negotiable if you give an enticing offer the real estate agent will present it to the owner. In Many parts of USA expect pay about 50% extra on month to month leases above the normal going rates for long term leases.
All depends....time of year (slow season), how long it's been vacant, general economic situation, are you willing to pay all rent & deposit in advance...
The condo isn't really around much. A couple tourist restaurants, one 7/11 and being on that side of Pratumnak you have to get out of there to go anywhere, that intersection at the top of the hill is a MF. I enjoy being on Soi 5 much better, so much better amenities. For B40k, there are a few pool villas you'd be better off renting. I am looking myself right now as my lease at the Panora is up in November.
