Sir rent pe koi bhi regulation nahi hai usi karan land lords apne hisab se kabhi kaise bhi kitta bhi rent increase karte hai. Rent increase pe bhi ek standard rule ya regulation hona chahiye jisse rent Crisis nah ho. Ya avoid kiya ja sake.
