Mumbai is the skyscraper capital of India. But how does it feel to live in a project that has a building that is ranked at the top in housing the maximum number of floors? In today’s episode of The Tenant, we talk to a young 23-year-old staying in a 78-storey building called Allura, Lodha Park at Lower Parel. This episode I particularly liked it as it's not just focusing on touring the apartment, but it's also showing a enthusiasm and energy of a young man renting a posh apartment. If he is doing so, he must have a serious entrepreneurial mindset and a gist to grow. Even, Vishal shown a good energy being host. Overall nice episode and much appreciated. I have stayed in Lodha Cuff Parade for around 60k for 2 BHK… I can totally relate however I am glad I have moved from Mumbai to Gurgoan where I can stay in bigger carpet size flat instead of matchbox while enjoying all amenities. Also less traffic for car commute.

There is no "charm" or distilled anachronistic beauty in that, but, rather, Backwardness, Obslecence and Stagnation. I'm not talking about Ancient and Medieval temples, palaces, forts etc. Those need to be preserved. Everything else should be demolished and rebuilt with modern technology, materials and vision.

Anderi to lower parel commute via trains is less than 30 mins...but u still prefer to spend 50k rent...the question is saving 1hr daily for him must be equivalent to earning 50k..who knows

A real life example is of a friend's father salaried pays a rent of 3L per month in worli, Mumbai. Mumbai provides unparalleled earning opportunities with right qualifications, experience and skills the sky is the limit even for salaried people
