I heard someone say the other day "there is no future for African Americans other than Africa" something to that effect. I believe that statement. Welcome back home sister, I am from Mozambique southern Africa.
Peace sister. Thank you for the warm welcome. I wish to visit Mozambique soon. It looks beautiful. And I believe the same. It’s getting harder and harder for us here in America. African Americans are being pushed out. By the medical system, by the law enforcement, through gentrification and losing our homes. From my perspective, Africa is the only way ♥️🌍
Thank you! We need to welcome our African American sisters and brothers.. ,Been a while since I didn't hear from you.. shout out from Senegal..West Africa.
Peace brother! Yes it has been a while and thank you for your warm welcome. Its so important that diasporans know that they are welcomed BY Africans BACK TO AFRICA! Thank you.
Pietro Jenkins where are u from? You obviously have no understanding and no authority to tell anyone where they’re from nor where they can live. Jim Crow’s resurrection has been overstated. Africa is not Trump country.
This makes me want to learn more about tanzania, I like what I am seeing here. Everyone wants a place where they can lay back and just live, with out all of the stress of a fast pace life in most western nations like the U.S., just freedom. Freedom in america is just an illusion.
Tanzania is a really beautiful country with rich culture and the people are so friendly and nice. Am a Kenyan and I really love Tanzanians plus their swahili is super awesome. Those homes are beautiful.
I like your video and your are really at home in Africa. The feeling is priceless. There is no other place on this earth a black person will feel genuine happiness and comfortable other than in Africa.
Man I'm so glad you did this. It's really amazing about the cost of living in Africa, especially for people who're entrepreneurs or retirees. Keep up the good content!
Not in Africa. This is only Arusha... a city in north tanzania a tourist city gateway to the Serengeti and Kilimanjaro it is among the expensive side.. some towns are cheaper
@@noramkendamunishi6902; Greetings, Nora: I am arriving in Arusha in September, 2021 and could use some assistance/guiding information on relocating there. Are you willing to correspond?
I'm relocating as retired resident status. I've lived in Zambia and call it my 2nd hi.e, but now want something more tropical close to beach but not to pricey, a 3 bedroom would do, plus a live in maid, and we'll secured since I'm single. I plan to leave November 2022. I'm preparing now. Could we communicate further?
Im so mad that I pay what I pay to live in Ohio. It looks so peaceful out there and affordable. Soon as I find out how to financially survive internationally, Im moving to an African country.
I am so glad you are back posting. I have MISSED you!! I lived in Tanzania and I am seriously looking forward to moving back. I wrote to you before, but now that I have your "whatsapp" it should be better. Thanks for the rental info. Keep it coming. (I love beautiful Moshi-Arusha area.) Mungu akubarik, Dada i! 🙏❤
Hahaha... I’m waiting when I graduate from my school . Third carrier. Been to Tz 5 times . Love the slow pace , although too slow goes on my nerves but I can adjust .
Wow so thank you for sharing this me and the husband are still thinking about moving to Tanzania after I visit there last year this was very helpful I am so happy you guys are enjoying life if and helping others thank you for all you do Felicia Parsons
I would like to see houses on a hill where I can see the mountains like your first house. That scenery was the most spectacular and beautiful I have ever seen in my life. It was like heaven even from my TV.
I’m really thinking about moving there. I love the character the home gives its so chill and later back. There’s nothing more I want than to love, grow and inspire and I truly believe I want to do it in Tanzania
Hey...... first timer here. But lover of Mother Africa and a part of the Diaspora. Living in America. Thank you for your video. Just another reason to consider living / retirement on the continent.
I need a "rolodex" of diasporans including you, dear sister. So happy to see you again and I hope you and your family are well. Tanzania is so me. Much love to all. xo
Awesome you're back we can't wait to visit tanzania next year. My fiance has family there as well. Now I'm going to get back to watching the video to see these houses 🙂🙂🙂🙂.
I want to relocate to the diaspora at some point..im tryna figure out exactly which country I'd like to settle in ...I love eastern Africa tho..the sea is AMAZING!!! I need to be near, in and around the ocean, at all times...lol.. So far, I love seychlles the most! Enjoyed the video..👍🏾
Girl get your place so i can visit and stop playing 😁😁😁. I see you are watching the video . Like i told you .you can get something nice for the amount you want to pay . This is about to change my mind . I have to visit first.
@@mssunshinesjourney7601 😄☺😄😄 I'm serious my sister! I want to have dual citizenship, so that I can spend my winters (6 months) in Seychelles...lol.. You and your husband will be welcome to come stay and visit with me whenever you want!!!💖 You are always welcome Queen....🌹
@@QIKWIA I know you ready. But visit a few places before you decide. See what the people are like in Seychelles the food ,transportation to make sure that's what you want. It really looks like a beautiful place. You know people can make almost anything look good in pictures and paper. Go visit. When you find that place . We will come for a visit.
@@QIKWIA I say visit other places first like Tanzania. Kenya they all have the coast with white sandy beaches even Mozambique too or even you Uganda. You can live around lake Victoria area. Not a sea but a lake shared by Uganda Tanzania and Kenya.
How's the insulation from the heat inside of the homes? I think that 400 a month home should have that green backyard around the entire house just my opinion. The greenery of nature will make it much cooler, and create it's own privacy around the property. Utilize nature more or combine it with the surrounding of the homes especially with large tree for shade to keep the homes cooler. Their is so much more potential for that beautiful home and landscape.
Thanks immensely for showing your viewers these immensely affordable, feasible, and splendid accomadating rental houses and apartments. I was astonished at how cheap the rentals are. However- I was very captivated by the $300 to $400 shilling/ dollar house rentals. The only drawbacks are: the squatting bathrooms and no gas heat. However- I surmise the electric heaters are suffice. Thanks. Peace and Joy!
I can see how the swatting style toilet can be scary on first thought, but they’re actually not bad. It’s typical of Tanzanian homes are businesses to have them. As well as the same heater set up. What I want people to keep in mind is that when you come to a foreign country to live, you simply cannot expect the same normalities as in your home country. Otherwise you will be very disappointed. Also, to put it plainly, those who cannot accept the little nuances of the culture like squatting toilets, the modesty and conservatism of the culture, no electric heaters and such, this move may not be for you. You may have a difficult time adjusting to the ways of life and would ultimately make your transition uncomfortable. My best advice is to just come out with an open mind, open heart and look at this as an adventure 🤗😆✨
Glad your back. You got me where i might change my mind from Senegal. These places are really reasonable. And just enough space. How far are they from the market?
@@Jazzmarcel , good information, my friend is Senegalese and I was speaking with him about possibilities in his country, he told me they are definitely all kinds of opportunities but he himself is building a home in neighboring "The Gambia". He said Gambia was a hidden paradise with cheap land, good government and tons of opportunities. I intend to discuss the issue of religion with him the next time we chat, my personal opinion is that All black people need to rid ourselves of foreign belief systems and re discover the ways and teachings of our ancestors....that's what made us powerful, grounded , balanced and healthy. So are you moving to the Motherland?
alfonso m my bro, for the moment I am in France because I have a daughter here! However, I really need to get the warmth and hospitality of the tropics! I have my eyes on Rwanda or Uganda!👊🏾😡
hey thanks for this video it really helps with a vision for someone trying to picture what it would look like. I'll be coming alone this December to explore TZ, Kenya and Uganda hope you can come with me. I am soooo excited cant wait to get there i may not ever go back to America seriously lol

@@travelingsista After subscribing to your channel and watching your videos, I wanted to visit Tanzania, my bf wasn't sure,he just watched this video and it changed his mind, Thanks sis. Tanzania is amazing. I'm so happy for you and your family. ❤️❤️. Keep posting your fan base is growing.
Also, Arusha and Dar es salaam are relatively more expensive, for the same amount you can get bigger ad better homes in smaller cities. Welcome y'all, come home to Motherland
You look great, let me say! Thanks for sharing this info. It's so affordable. I'm crossing my fingers that prices don't change before we get out there. We truly hope to visit the motherland one day.
You're looking lovely Sis, you're a great Ambassador for Tanzania. Well done on these houses.👌🏽 Its not clear from a camera...can most bedrooms take a king size bed?
U can also ship your stuffs.. if u wana live there like u live in the US. Buy your things from here, get a hold of a shipping container company and have them ship your things. I'm going to have to do that.
Good video with plenty im formation, plz next time try to add up weather, climate condition or temperature of the area and country at all some people whant to know that,
Wonder why no dishwasher or washing machine/ dryer. And silly question, how do the weak & elderly deal with squat toilets? Other than that AMAZING prices for very nice homes.
