Wow! What an amazing home. Love the fact that they're refurbishing rather than demolishing. There are so many wonderful things about this house; the woodwork (especially on the closet in the hard wood floor room); the maple leaf motif on the glass; the absolutely fabulous window locks; charming gardens and great views. *claps hands* The sewing machine and the TV??!!?? Sigh! You have just increased my love for Japan about a hundredfold! The house is absolutely gorgeous and I very much appreciate that the wood and the colours have been kept as they are so harmonious. The Wabi Sabi is apparent. The bonus is the charming little gardens. The modernization of the toilet and the bathroom are very much appreciated. Ohhhh I would love to even buy the house, the parking is no problem, I can rent parking space for long-term close by, and consider the stairs up to the house, they make you exercise every day, so much benefits, it would be lovely to live by myself, work from home and doing errands by myself, enjoying in a sun room, reading books and sitting on the large round bed-like chair with stool what a bliss!.... 🏠
Yes, actually I lost more than 20kg and became super healthy after moving to a sloping area 🤣. Anyway, I love the atmosphere in sloping areas. it's so beautiful☺️
That bath is so deep 😮 The house is very calming even to see from here…somebody will be very lucky to have it. The price is amazing too. I am always stunned by the views in Japan. The slopes are charming and peaceful

First of all , congratulations on 9000 subscribers.!What a beautiful place. And I am amazaed by the rent! That amount you would pay here per week if not even more. House is clean and spacious. Love the glass window and old tiles. And most probably it has no mites.I found it great that the lady agreed to sit in the bath!! When we lived in Holland we did have bidet and aslo baths (bigger than thisone were very common. In NZ its indeed showers and only occasionally baths. No bidet.Do you plan to move here?Wow and the option to own this house!! It gets more and more interesting., And finally as you were mentioning foreigners alot I think it would be very interesting to hear what are the possibilities and requirements ( visas for long stay) etc) for foreigners in Japan. I know this requires specific knowledge but maybe you can find someone that has it and is willing to share? Keep the good work up . Cheers

Actually, the rent in Nagasaki city is expensive compared to other areas in the Kyushu region, but this rent is nice. Old tiles and glass windows are so lovely, aren't they? 😆 I'm not planning to move here. I hope this house finds someone to live in it. :) I'm not so sure about the requirements, but nowadays I think the number of foreign people living in Japan is getting higher and higher. As far as I researched a bit... *** For long-term stays in Japan, foreigners need specific visas based on their purpose of stay, such as work, study, or family reunion. Examples: - Work Visa: Requires a job offer from a Japanese company and relevant qualifications. - Student Visa: Requires enrollment in a Japanese educational institution. - Spouse/Dependent Visa: For family members of Japanese citizens or foreign residents. *** I'm not sure if the above is correct, but it is roughly like this!📝
I'd live there in a heartbeat. Cannot comprehend the price though. Beautiful place like that for so little. The yard is just the right size for someone like myself to tend. Always been interested in Nagasaki, as well. Curious about the weather (how hot/humid does it get).
Looks like a comfortable house and gives off a relaxing feeling. Love the exterior! The rent is just mind blowing. And the chance to acquire the property for free after 10 years is by itself a winner. Just as a side note, in Italy bidet were known since 1800s. And they are a law requirement (at least one per house/apartment). So I guess that even with a Japanese washlet, you'd still be required to install a stand alone bidet. Also, Sho-san, thank you for all your videos, they feel very natural and real. A nice change of pace from a hectic day.

Да оно не о современном периоде и там многое построено на мифах, но оно, как мне показалось, отлично показывает культуру, стиль, природу, то как нужно путешествовать по Японии, как понять японцев. Мне кажется после просмотра я стал лучше понимать Японимаю. Если кто-то это прочинает, может тоже заинтересуется) Кстати спасибо, что всегда отвечаете, это очень здорово. @@life_in_nagasaki я скажу больше, когда выходит новая серия аниме, ее озвучивают по несколько студий. недавно в одном крупном магазине книг появился целый стеллаж с мангой (для Японии это конечно мелочь, но в России такое количество манги с переводом это неплохо)) Недавно я узнал, что например в Москве есть Японский парк) выглядит красиво, хотя можно было бы сделать зелени побольше)

Muy bonita, me gusta hasta la maquina de coser🙂. Ese espacio pequeño da al jardin de atras(espacio de almacenamiento no, no) espacio de relajación, como dice la señora con Furin(campanas de viento)y tú un bonsai .Tiene mucho encanto, estilo japones, pero con reformas.👍. Me gustaria informar(con respeto claro) por si lo leen personas Japonesas, que aqui también nos gusta bañarnos🛁, aunque la señora esta en lo cierto y dice acertadamente la verdad, nos duchamos mucho mas, explico porque.1-Este año estamos con algo falta de lluvias, tenemos que vigilar con el agua usamos, 2-el impuesto del agua en euros es alto🙄🙂. También(bueno al menos en mi casa y alguna gente conozco)también nos quitamos los zapatos en la entrada. Y también hacemos reciclaje de basura. Disculpas por hacer el comentario tan largo. @@life_in_nagasaki о, це дійсно тепліше ніж в нас. В моїй країні взимку від -5 до +3, і буває приблизно тиждень -10. Гадаю в японському помешканні було б неможливо пережити таку зиму)

Очень милая и обоятельная девушка) в конце видео, она отметила очень верный момент, который я знаю и по себе, при посещении каких -то новых мест, я очень волнуюсь и ченстно говоря иногда даже негде попросить помочь, так как есть языковой барьер, есть страх, что тебя могут счесть грубым или наоборот слишком навязчивым, потому чаще я пользуюсь сервисами в телефоне. особенно когда я езжу один, такое чувство , что тыт чужой и все следят за каждым тьвоим шагом))) звучит как параноя, но думаю многие ощущают себя так же) удивительно достуная арендная плата) даже с небольшими доходами в России , многие смогли бы позволить себе такую аренду, еще и возможность получить дом в собственность через 10 лет. шанс остаться в нем на такой длительный срок, в моем случае был бы мало вероятен, так как никто не даст мне дакую длительную визу, я думаю максимум месяц))) но когда-нибудь я все таки постараюсь приехать)) если говорить, что привлекает иностранцев в Японской культуре , архитектуре, тьрадициях - я не смогу сказать за всех, думаю причины могут разными, но для это : 1) очень красивый утонченный стиль домов, они минималистичные, очень красивые раздвижные двери, любовь к традиционным мотивам, красивые изображения на стенах и шкафах. просто когда ты живешь в европейской части материка, даже в России, где архитектура часто очень строгая, монолитная, серая, тяжелая, японский стиль как глоток свежего воздуха. Японские дома, как будто предлагают мне отдохнуть именно ментально, духовно, а у себя ты живешь в каменой коробке, в добавок за окном часто не лучший вид (мусор, стройка, пыль, не самые красвые кирпичные дома) это если говорить о России. Все таки я например живу не в Москве или Санкт_Петербурге, а в Кирове и у меня не такой красивый город, увы. Это немного грустно. 2) Нагасаки достаточно известный говрод, во всяком случае так сложилось исторически и здесь есть классический стиль города, который представляют многие иностранцы. с одной стороны есть очень современная часть города и так же есть гора, есть старые дома. Он как бы соответствует той картинке которая в головах у людей. и это здорово) мне кажется этот город не может тебя разочаровать, твои ожидания скорее всего будут соответствовать тому, что ты увидишь, приехав в него) 3) Еще один привлекательный момент - это не мегаполис, не все хотят приехать в большой шумный город, где все куда то торопятся. Например когда я приезжал в Москву, у меня было чувство, будто все бегут куда-то, а через неделю ты сам начинаешь бегать в потоке, как все)) 4) Я давно, как и многие, мечтаю приехать , потому, что это действительно совсершенно другой опыт. Кстати, когда вижу японские ванны, сразу представляю как бы я в нее залезал)) почему меня это забавляет и я пытаюсь это представить, потому что я -2метра ростом и мне кажется мои колени были бы в районе ушей))))) зато можно экономить на воде, вместе со мной воды в ванну надо набирать меньше) Спасибо за интересное видео)

Благодарю вас за разделение причин, по которым вас привлекает японская культура. Кстати, я тоже не очень люблю большие мегаполисы, но обожаю города размером примерно как Нагасаки. Там так спокойно. Можно наслаждаться урбанистической и удобной жизнью, и в то же время быть окруженным природой. Да, я так понимаю, ваш рост 2 метра!! Японские дома, особенно старинные, имеют низкие потолки, так что вы, возможно, часто бьете головой... 😂
