REO Brothers Cover Band On The Run by Wings | Two Old Unhinged Musicians React! 

The REO Brothers have been one of the best YT finds ever for me. I just love what they do - mining their RU-vid back catalog has been an absolute pleasure. One of the best cover bands I've ever heard.

It was a very clever shift they did when they changed lead singer. The first singer captures Paul McCartney's pop voice very well and the second singer captures more of the rocky aspect of Paul's voice and sing in the part where that's appropriate. This is the first song I have heard with the REO Brothers. I'm going to check out more of their stuff now.

Band On The Run by The Wings is an old time hits. Its a hard song to perform but these REO Bros just made it easy to do

It's actually the best cover of Band on the Run I've ever heard. Even in Rock Show, Wings didn't mimick BotR from the album like I wished they would have. These guys do an awesome job.

Amazing that RonJoseph taught himself to play homemade drums then mastered all the other instruments and taught all his brothers. And wear did they learn a second language? I love the REO Brothers. I listen to them all the time. You should try listening to Leonid & Friends, if you haven't yet. They're an awesome Chicago tribute band from Russia which also do a variety of cover songs. You should really give them a shot.

I have been following the REO Brothers for the past three years and have heard reviews but those reviewing interrupt the song and that kind of takes away from the it. I like how you guys wait until the song ends to do the review. Thank you so much! Yes, they are true to the originals.

Nice to have you back, & I sincerely hope that your collective time in the woodshed has sharpened your already highly-acute and totally in-sync reacting skillz(!). That being said, kinda disappointed that this did not turn out to be the Reo Bros. covering one of Reo Speedragon(!)'s many notorious and moistening power ballads, say, like, "Keep On Loving You". Can you say SYNCHRONICITY?!? I knew that you could! Yeah, I can only imagine how superior these fellas' ace vocals would sound on that lovely ditty, as the rather sinewy K. Cronin currently sounds like Bob Dylan's slightly more ADENOIDAL second cousin! Regardless, fantastic cover, tight instrumentation and vocals, and certainly more adept than any version by Sir Paul at this point in time. And one more thing: Would love to see an epic Unhinged Reaction: Head to Head featuring Linda vs. Yoko, for the ultimate 'good taste' showdown in best Beatles' spouse backing vocalist and keyboard support! FYI: Yoko's electric piano wasn't even plugged in during that infamous J. Lennon live convert video from the seventies! Totally Plotz worthy!!

Apart from this theme if you hear all of the covers of this guys you can touch the sky, because they can play any theme with a perfection mainteining the power of the original song.

Cool rendition. They needed to bring the keyboards more to the forefront. Still, well done. Keep in mind that it took four guys here to sort of recreate the song but Paul McCartney essentially did everything on the song and album Band on the Run.

REO Brothers are great...musicly...they were spot on...couple times vocals were off a little...but who cares...they are amazing...you guys are ok too...lol.
