Hi Julia, I have a question about the setting powders: is it really worth having two different powders, one for the under eye area and one for the rest of the face? Enjoy your birthday celebration!

I’m not Julia, lol. But it can make a huge difference depending on the things you put under the powder as well as the natural texture of your eye. Examples, If your concealer is thicker, sheerer, hydrating, self setting, etc…or if you have very dry or mature under eyes, your powder may enhance some of these things in a negative way. I personally DO use the same powder on my under eyes. If you want the same powder for all over the eyes and face, I’d suggest a powder is extremely fine milled, lightweight, transparent, and loose (as opposed to pressed) setting powder. However, I suggest using it much more sparingly under the eyes, like *just* enough to set the concealer

Hello Julia. Thanks for the video. Nice suggestions for my 5 days get away with my husband and my parents. First get away all 4 together since 2020 because of first, Covid, and second... my father had chimio, last treatment next week so we hope we can go to St-Sauveur, Laurentides, the Zoo in Granby and Montreal. I already have my Alie Glines makeup cases and put in them every makeup products I would like to bring. I am taking one cream and one powder option for each makeup category.
