He didn’t scream, the republicans just keep saying it hoping the more they say it, the more true it gets. The real reason they say it is because he was very effective and any hint of Sleepy Joe or old age wasn’t apparent 1:46 . He was very clear, he was very assertive and at times he was a quite funny. He stepped up!
