Their fellow MAGA Republican Elisa Stefanik, is on the House Intelligence Committee and had access to all these documents. So do the pro-Russian right-wing extremists on her staff with close ties to pro-Russian MAGA extremists in other Congressional offices like Jordan's and Greene's. These documents were either given to and edited by Russian Intelligence before posted online. Or they were posted online with edits by pro-Russian MAGA Republicans.
