Can we repack sterile medical device in India by Importing sterile medical device in bulk as RM? Do we need to carry any tests in India for repackaging and relabelling activity. Can we get exemption to outsource Micro Lab activity as there is only repacking and relabelling of pre sterile devices ? In MDR 2017 above queries are not addressed. please guide
