Wow! Exactly what I wanted to learn about!! Thank you so much for this beautiful video! Im 66 with some glycated areas really starting to take hold and I need help!! Your skin looks #flawless per usual..just gorgeous and healthy-looking!!!! Sending love to you from Wisconsin💘
Thanks for all the information, and help! I started noticing glycation a several months ago. Just thought it was due to aging. I stopped sugar-except on rare occasions, but do love my dinner wine.
Me to! But it is hard on my skin. I can always see an increase in glycation after the holidays. I recommend taking one of these with each glass of wine. www.artofskincare.com/pure-encapsulations-nac-n-acetyl-i-cysteine-120-capsules/ This also helps. www.artofskincare.com/pure-encapsulations-liposomal-glutathione/
Loved this, so informative! I do feel a bit overwhelmed with the information and wonder how I might go about figuring out which products I should purchase for my skin.
Hi Candace! We have two options. With a Custom Protocol, we will design a simple AM and PM regimen for you. With our Healthy Aging Coaching, we design a more complex protocol and offer a follow-up check in at 5 weeks. Both programs are on my web site under Consults. These are email consultations with a master esthetician with advanced training in Healthy Aging.
Great information! I am kind of a sugar addict so I definitely need to change my diet but I am considering some of the supplements you mentioned. I may pick up one of the Rhonda Allison products as well. Thank you!
You are welcome! The hardest thing for me has been to cut out processed flour and wine! I love bread and wine. Good skin care and supplements really help.
I greatly enjoyed all this information. I was wondering, besides tretinoin, what products (or ingredients) are good for increasing collagen in the skin? Thank you!
Jeana, how would you compare Rhonda Allison products to NeoGenisis for aging skin? Very insightful & enlightening video. Food for thought!!!! Thank you Jeana :)
Hi Valentina, I use NeoGenesis Recovery with my Rhonda Allison Products. They are both excellent lines. In regard to epidermal growth factors, I recommend NeoGenesis over RA.
@@ptowey5298 Hi there, Sorry about that. I had better get those links fixed. This is your PM serum: www.artofskincare.com/rhonda-allison-peptide-38-MT87.html This one for AM: www.artofskincare.com/rhonda-allison-age-less-MT81.html
Hi, I'm wondering about the glutathione supplement, should we see a doctor 1st before starting that particular supplement? I know its not good to take it if we are getting it in our diets and eating foods to make it ourselves, this has always confused me as far as if we should or shouldn't take that supplement. Thanks 😊
Hi CJ, simply run it by your doctor. I have not had any problem with this supplement but I am not a nutritionist or doctor and it is always best to check with your physician.
LightStim is a pro strength device. A major difference is the strength. The LightStim is not a battery operated device. It is strong enough to use over serums and moisturizer where battery operated devices are not strong enough to get serums etc.
Jeana, I used the MiTAMA today with the Le muix Bio Cell mask & today was the first time I could see a firming & tightening in my face. It was very noticeable. Again, I used the MiTAMA for 20 minutes with the chin method & another 20 minutes with the clavicle method. So I don't know if it was the device or the mask that made such a difference. What do you think?????
There are many variables. You may be better hydrated. I used the new MiTama Mask today. I see what you mean about the solution being thicker and a bit sticky. Moisturizer helped but I was glad to wash my face at the end of the day. For me that mask was a wrinkle relaxer. Wrinkle depth was much reduced and small lines disappeared. So far the most dramatically firming treatment for me was to layer NeoGenesis Recovery, Empelle Serum, and Skinbolic Hydra Velvet PLLA Mask. My skin was super tight for several days after that treatment. I was also careful to stay super hydrated. One of the leading causes of droopy skin is dehydration. www.artofskincare.com/skinbolic-hydra-velvet-mask/
Next day after MiTama and the new mask: wowza! Skin plumper and it is like botox on my fine lines! Now I am curios to see how long it lasts. Tina at MiTama says one week.
I had my 12 yr old daughter watch this, I tried to show my 17 yr old son but boys have it in their heads skincare is a girl thing lol obviously that's not true. Anyway I try teaching her to care for her beautiful skin now, so that it ages better later. I wish I knew at a younger age how important it is to protect the collagen you have when your young. The sugar thing bummed her out lol!
SO dissapointing.... all product sales.... COLLAGEN DOES NOT GET REPAIRED this way... you have to address the ROOT cause of collagen synthesis damage from pharmaceuticals or other toxins preventing collagen receptors
Repairing collagen takes a multi pronged approach! Key topicals, modalities such as LED, healthy fascia and lymphatics, and proper nutrition all play an important role.
@@ArtofSkinCare Thanks for responding.. I just wish there were Specialists or doctors who actually UNDERSTAND the mechanism of collagen synthesis and damage to collagen receptors to address the problem at the root, as collagen and creams do NOT work... must address the root not the symptom.
Hi Miranda! I agree you can’t use them all. I recommend doing our Custom Protocol. We can help you select just the products that you need for your particular skin needs. www.artofskincare.com/custom-protocol-1/
You claim you are 58 and still looking juicy. You are . But how do you know for real it s due to all those procedures you are testing and promoting on your page? Before and after photo? Have you experienced the dull, toneless, unresponsive to facial gym, treatments, etc.".flaccid typical over 50 s skin" , and turned it back to normally dense and juicy? 🤔 un less you prove it, nobody with flaccid mature skin has ever turned it back. Your skin looks like mine at 52 and my Mother's at 65, you are blessed with good genes, but ,once its gone, its gone,
Without the right skincare my skin gets very crepey. My estheticians will tell you that because I play outdoor tennis my skin can get very crepey, hyperpigmentation, and clogged pores. I am definitely aging. My goal is not to stop aging. My goal is to have the most healthy glowing skin possible in spite of my age and love of the outdoors. I have many clients in their 70’s and 80’s who will attest that their skin is healthy and beautiful because they work with me. I often see the number of folds on the face reduced after a year on my program. Does this mean they no longer have deep lines and sagging skin, no! It does mean that their skin is healthy and glowing and that they get compliments. A good example is my mom. She is in her 80’s. You can see her here. www.artofskincare.com/healthy-aging-coaching/
