welcome, I am a ac tech.the capacitor does the same thing your doing with your hand.kick starting the motor

change the oval capacitor on the right side of board, has 2 brown wires on it

carlos guzman oh wow I think your right, I see the capacitor now, its hiding at the top, I think i can fix this now, thanks bro! Seriously I never noticed it till you mentioned the two brown wires!
