Hi, I bought a brand new mechatronic unit for my vehicle and have performed basic settings but sometimes the gears stop working and can see error codes P176B and P176C. Should I try basic settings again? There is also option for ‘Initialisation of clutch friction coefficient after mechantronic change’ but I’m not sure about that
@@filipkollar1365 Try several times up to success, try to erase all learned settings and try again. After every retry you must perform fully 'shutdown', so ignition full of, wait few seconds and start again.
I have a dq500 back from reconditing however, If i travel 11 km from cold and it goes into emergency mode p173600 .on 3 separate trips all plotted with texa one common pid is oil temp 58 to 64 degrees . they had me carry out relearn basic settings this made no difference . They were talking firmware may need to be checked it's up to date . I feel they need to get of the fence and have me take it out again so they can fix it right the second time and replace the sensor for gears 246R as i can only drive in 1357 when in limp mode and get out and push it if i need reverse (go VW) 130966 km
Search for SMP132 all sensors are the same. Cheaper ones lasts only 1000km , original ones are for rest of the life of VSG vehicle, means 100k km approximatelly - tested on several cars already. Original part number is not available since the VAG does not sell these pressure senders separately. Price of the whole mechatronic computer is as low as 10USD for the factory quantities so there is no reason to repair such mechas. Cheers
Hi firstly thanks for your sharing . i ordered sensor from china aliexpress and i replaced but it didnt failed .normally my fault was p173500 .after sensor replaced fault exchanged the p175e00 . Is this problem related sensor or adaptaion ? Can you help about it ? If it not problem for you can you share link you ordered the sensor thanks
hi thank you very much for the video, i have a question, when one of the sensors is damaged, is it neseseru to change both of them or only the one that is damaged? thanks
Hi, thank you for the video. What would be the symtoms of the pressure sensor not working. Would the tcu shift poorly ? My rs3 gears 1,3,5,7 all seem to have issues.
Thanks for this helpfull video, i tried to replace K1 taken from damaged TCU, but same problem, P173500, problem can provide from another thing ? or just the sensor K1 ? thanks
Hi. I wonder can you help. I've recently carried same repair. I now have both values the same with no pressure. When I select the gear in the car the pressure rises to 1.8bar, fault code p175e is logged for clutch unintended closing and a gearbox warning comes up. Clutch K1 pressure drops to 0. Thanks
Hi, I have the same problem you describe (fault code p175e after changing pressure sensor and working ok for 2 weeks), did you manage to solve it with @mechasoft answer of performing basic settings or another alternative?
Hello I have replaced both pressure sensors and now they stay close to 0 bar and now error code P175D and P176E. Which software/procedure should I use to reset DQ500 at factory setting please ? The VCDS basic settings of transmission dont solve it. Thanks.
Passat 2018 tdi with dq381, sensors changed with SMP 132-532. Basic settings done one time after replacement. Problem is that car gets error P176f clutch 2 closes unintentionally when put in reverse or when you stop when driving. Any suggestions? Thnx
Hi, I'am exactly in the same case: both new pressure sensors stay close to 0 bar. Which software/procedure did you use to reset DQ500 at factory setting please ?
Same story here. I changed K1 and transmission immediately enters fault mode not allowing to run basic setting "dure to safety". Pressure readings are zero. How to factory reset it?
probable causes: Faulty, low-quality sensors. incorrect installation (overheating). undiagnosed primary defect of the gearbox (hydraulics), which leads to damage to the TCU’s sensors.
