Hope the ankle gets better soon and you're back on the trails in no time. I get stiff ankles after my long runs so I might order a ball and try some of those strength exercises. Top video as always, keep it up. 👍

Thanks. Pushed a bit too hard and injury came a knocking. Need to pump up the tyres and get on the road bike. Trails are drying up 🤩🤩

Shame to hear about the ankle matey! But it sounds like you have got a great read strategy in place to get you back up and running ASAP. That looks like a mad bit of kit I guess its like a tens machine? Thanks for sharing your rehab tips with us mate its helping the community. 😎🤘🏻

Yeah like a tens but has all sorts of settings. Mad bit of kit. Glad the injury is now not summertime 😅 need to get fixed before then

I have/had this injury. Going on two years. The only thing that seemed to help was dry needling and reducing mileage.

Yeah I think ur right. Ive reduced mileage and am a fan of dry needling. When you think it’s going...wham...pain. I’m managing it so I can do 20-30 running miles a week and a long bike ride + strength stuff. Seems to keep it at bay but always but always there. We shall see 😬 glad yours has gone 👍👍

Had a test run on Saturday. Not great so I’m on the bike it looks like. Going to try some running this week to see - thanks for checking in 😀
