Question when i received my complete “holy Toledo “ The tension was completely backed off on the spring . I tightened the spring bolt to what I thought felt right but was wondering what the factory usually sets the spring tension at . How many turns from loosest setting /Nut touching the locking pin . Front bearing has squeezing noise when twisted, what can i do? If we reattach thruster, the warranty will be voided---what can I do?

J'ai acheté un Smoothstar Toledo 77'. Quand le ressort est complément détendu / desserré, il fait un grincement désagréable. Il faut le serrer un peu pour résoudre ce problème. Après, plus aucun bruit. J'ai remarqué que le bruit de grincement revient après un moment, donc je ne comprends pas. Je vais tester de l'huile de tondeuse à cheveux. 🙂

does it work correctly without the split pin? it could get lost

There's noice sound like something clicking all the time when riding my Holy Toledo. Should i just lubricate with the machine oil or do i have to take it off and do a clean up?

Hello, I've been riding my Flying Fish Smoothstar for a month now and the thruster has started to squeak like mad in the last few days, I don't think there's any need to open it 'cause it doesn't seem dirty at all, I'd just like to know what to use to lubricate the mechanism. I've put a bit of Svitol for keyholes in it but it probably made the squeaking worse.

Can you tell me please how much torque the self-locking nut has to be turned on? You only use feeling and a plier?!? My problem is, that the large bearing ball from my brand new Manta Ray (buy end of june 2018) is damage totaly. From beginning the nut was very loose - but i dont adjust it (warranty - i know) . But yesterday i have an unpredictable accident with the board - we front truck blocked and the wheel came against the deck. Not funny. So i feel, that the thruster dont work correct and opend the nut and saw the damaged bearing. It was a mistake, cause i lost waranty and the only information from your czech dealer was, to buy the bearing wheels new. Not funny either... We talk about an new 280,- EUR expensive smoothstar Board and not Hodura chinese skateboard for only 30 bugs. Iam very frustrated, cause when i buy the spare parts and build it together again, the question remains how firmly the nut may be turned on, so that the bearing is not damaged again. You understand my two problems? No warranty and no further help (at this moment) I can send you pictures, then you will see and understand what happend in only 42 days.
