A visual inspection revealed that traces of overheating were visible on the back wall.
After removing the cover revealed that the capacitor 400B 10µF dried. The track on the diode bridge also burned out.
Everything was safely restored, but the TV
did not start.
They began to check all voltage outputs according to the service manual.
It turned out that with all the DC-DC converters, the voltage was normal.
It was decided to flash.
Here we are faced with the problem that the SPI-Flash of the 25th series that was installed, it is produced by GigaDevice.
These flash memories are very problematic in firmware.
There were flash drives from another manufacturer.
They requested, installed, the TV started, but the image was upside down and the colors were not displayed correctly. We decided to look for a programmer that is able to flash this flash drive.
This programmer turned out to be RT-809F, which easily flashed the original chip.
When the TV was started, the image became normal, the colors were corrected by changing the matrix bit value in the service settings of the TV.
