Sir, Aap electronics based principal ko acche se samajhte ho, & isliye Aap sahi se diagnosis karke suspect ko findout kar pate ho & successfully apna job complite karte ho. You are a excellent & knowledgeable man & Grateful thanks to you from my side.🙏 Best Of Luck Sir....👍
Thank you🙏
Aapka kimti waqt barbad kiya, lekin aapka jazba aur patience man na padega. Phir bhi ham ko aap kakimti video se knowledge to gain hua. Circuitry print, layout galti se badi pareshani hoti hai. Isiliye har waqt practical tested circuit aur complete components layout par bharosa bkarna chahiye. Hat's off to you Sirji. 👍
Sir mai bhi isi field Se hu ye circuit maine electro india channel Par dekha hai or ha aap ke video beginners ke liye kafi upayogi hai bhot knowledgeable videos hai aapki good job
Sahi baat kahi bhai mistek ki ko. ..DS line ko hi dekh lo 300. Waat new board nikal diya per sayd khud bhi nahi chala k dekha hoga tip 42. Ulta lga rakha hai. Uske wash se 3 MOSFET ud gaye
Base resistors are needed in order to protect the base of the transistor input. Safety! And it will also help with any unwanted distorted sounds. Along with a ceramic capacitor to keep out unwanted radio frequencies. And one more thing I would use a 22 PF ceramic capacitor on the 56k feedback resistor to keep out radio frequencies 🤗 And I wanted to add one more thing use a 5 or 6 amp 125v to 250v fuse between the output of the amplifier and your positive speaker wire so if anything faulty happens on the output of the amplifier it will blow the fuse and not burn up the speaker. Simple speaker protection. 😃
Sir you are very Nice person And believing in knowledge sharing thanku So much..or starting me jab Project banate hai to aise mistakes ho jaate hai ...
One more thing I wanted to add there should be a capacitor between the feedback line and the 100 ohm resistor going to the base of the 2SC5200 transistor. Negative side of the capacitor goes to the feedback line positive side goes to the 100 ohm resistor then the 100 ohm resistor goes to the base of the 2SC5200 transistor. A capacitor that would be great for that would be a 47 UF or 100 UF 63 volts to 100 volts or 220 UF 63 volts to 100 volts I have personally used a 1000 UF 25 volt capacitor for that stage that's my preference👍 it's not wise just to use a resistor. If you look at any professional amplifier schematic they use capacitors then a resistor for that particular input stage. Base is always considered input when it comes to a transistor. Think about it at the beginning of a differential pair you'll mostly see a capacitor going to the very first transistors base second transistor base is your feedback line along with a resistor going to the output transistors emitter resistors. The capacitor will blow before it will burn up the resistor and the transistors Base if something faulty would happen with the feedback line. There's other reasons for the cap as well but that's just one reason 😁 feedback also finds the shortest path of resistance and you don't want all your feedback going into that 100 ohm resistor into the base of the 2sc5200 transistor you want the feedback mainly going to the emitter resistor output transistors. The cap will drain the current it into the 100 ohm resistor then into the base of the 2sc5200 transistor at a steady pace and that's what you want.🤗💖
