I love the two of you together! Her questions were SPOT ON! That was a great complement to the work being done. Perfectly informative video! Thank you both so much!
I found this one really interesting, especially about the different weaves, and to see the carbon stripping out was amazing. Really good information. Thanks 🐬⚓️🏖🌴☀️😎🇦🇺
Guys I’ve just discovered your channel. As an aspiring live aboard with a young family I am loving your videos. It’s clear there is a wealth of knowledge behind them and their lessons in self sufficiency! Keep em coming pls 😁👌
Hey! Glad you are enjoying the videos. Definitely take the family cruising, it's not always easy but the rewards are great ....and the kids will LOVE it.
Geez!! those 2 damaged hulls were a shocking repair , makes one wonder , why try to save money if you can't do it yourself , should have got a tradesman like yourself
Yes you can. In the case of this job I glassed the inside skin first on the bigger panels. This saved me a little time. It also made the external corner of the transom a little stronger and able to resist a bang a little better.
Brilliant, just came across this video and your channel. Very informative as I'm learning as i go doing repairs on a 1973 cat. I will watch from the start over the next couple of days👍🏻👍🏻
Yeah that's a fair comment. In our defense though, this was one of our earlier videos and we weren't really sure if RU-vid viewers wanted to see a close up of us laminating! Turns out there are plenty of boat geeks like us out there so we've done heaps of videos since that cover various processes. If there is something specific you would like us to address let us know, we may be able to put something together for you.
