15:45 Switch configuration differences between two very similar looking Decagon score reels. On the left is a First Generation (egs.1966 Dancing Lady, 1973 Big Indian - both 4 player games), the right is a later model score reel (eg 1975 Quickdraw). In First Generation score reels (identified by the nylon cylinder on which the arm rests) the 10,000 pt reel has only the top 2 switch pairs which are both open at 0, and both closed at 9. In between 0 and 9 they are (top) closed and (middle? because it's the 9th position switch) is open.
Would you or anyone have a good few pics of bonus wheel orientation and wiring at start of play? I have a magnotron machine. I could use a repair manual copy, and schematic and few pics of proper reset and orientation of wheels!? If you could help thanks!
Yes I can provide you with photos of the bonus unit at reset. I don't think I can post pics here so easiest way is to join our Facebook group The Goat Shed EM Pinball Repair Specialists. Schematics and manuals are available from the Pinball Resource Poughkeepsie New York.
