My son loves your videos. I ordered a snowflake snowman just like the one your working on, however he decided to try moving his hat hand back and forth and must of broke the gears or something, so I am about to try your method. Thanks
My mr. Snow will move perfectly with his arms, but his hips only sometimes work if you work with them. Is that an alignment issue or a splitting gear because that was how it came years ago and how it still is now.
@@gemmymasteranimatronics768 this is an example of what Im talking about. He starts to slow down or stop after a while and if I work with it it works. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-jRLSfNHjB6c.html
Hey nice video, i ended up getting one of these (grinch variant) , buts its in probably one of the worst conditions possible. Belt for the spinning arm is bad and the gears slip, so when it does spin, it struggles, head wont come off so the old owner had to cut open both arms (OUCH) hat arm struggles, so it can only go down (up if you put it on its back and the hat is high enough {cant fix it because the head is stuck}) Legs are broke so it falls forward and the base is cracked open. Think you could help me repair it (idk if you can send links to replacement parts, take it in to repair it yourself) or should i just deal with it and buy a new one? (EDIT it turns out the accident that broke the legs and base broke a piece near the top of the head connecting it to the gearbox, so i had to remove it, however the head still wont come off) (Edit 2 the head came off, however the capacitor for the hat motor came off, and the pulley came right off, and the motor for the spinning arm struggles to spin even without the belt, do you know where i can buy replacement gears and motors for this because the ebay links you posted for the gears are either broken or are sold out)
My granma has a red verson of the blue one your fixing im not sure if it still works its at popas house but i can walk there so if i could i will make a video about it
I have a snowflake spinner 2 and all it does is light up and sink do you know if there's any way you could repair it with a harmonica center and a saxophone
I'm not a professional with gemmys, heck, I don't own any! but, I know that the gear in the right arm can break easily. why, you may ask? Because the arm motor spins fast and it can pretty much break after a while. Oh! and I'm wanting to order one of these Snowflake Spinning Snowmen, but they mostly say the hat hand sometimes needs help getting up. But these 2003 things just cost 100 or somewhere around 200 dollars. Jeez! (fun fact i have only 1 sidestepper. its a snoopy thanksgiving one. and it plays linus and lucy)
Hello friend, we cannot see the operating system of the dolls, could you show the robotic system better? Many children would be delighted and grateful for being able to fix their dolls that did not work for different reasons. I could also do it with my Santa who died recently, I would like to be able to resurrect him and change him into operation on a cell phone battery.
Can you please let me know who in China you ordered the 32 teeth square hole gear and the double gear next to it? I saw you repaired the square hole gear but the double gear next to it is missing some teeth. If you have dimension sizes would really appreciate it. I ordered a lot off Amazon and none fit. Too skinny and no square holes so seeking your resource in China. Thank you!
Yes, I have the 8 teeth, 9 teeth, and 10 teeth gears that normally split. These are the bigger gears that handle the arm movement. There is a square shaft gear with 32teeth and a double spur gear it connects to with 34teeth and ten teeth in the middle. Looks like they are both 3mm hole sizes. Anyone out there know where to order these? Can’t find them anywhere.
@@gemmymasteranimatronics768 I tried that with my new snow miser but his hat arm rarely raises all the way, should I use a tighter belt or use a 10 tooth gear to fix the problem.
These things are so freaking are tough I'm finally trying to fix mine right now like literally right now and I just made this post like right now and I'm literally trying to put it back together oh my God it's so freaking tough
Enemy the reason why I say that is an eleven-year-old but it is going out okay like I got the hit Parts on but now I just sometimes these things get really tough
