This Turbo control valve was used in several BBQ Galore models but is now discontinued, extinct. Models using this valve included the original STS, Challenger, Elite, Classic and others.

Even though the control valve here is discontinued, many customers have contacted us for assistance so we tried hard to find a replacement that would repair these barbecue grill models.
And we did.
As shown here and on the page URL shown above we have several images with instructions for using a new control valve as a replacement for this extinct control valve to repair many Turbo BBQ models.
These new controls clamp onto the manifold gas pipe like the originals. The replacement control valve also uses the same LP and NG orifice and has the same D shape valve stem so the original orifices and control knobs can be used when these valves are used to replace the original controls.
