Hi. I'd like to understand better how this happened. Could you tell me what detergents you mainly used. Whether fabric softener was used regularly and whether you measured your water hardness and if so how much in ppm it is.
I cut open the drum, got the drum repaired with a steel spider and fitted it back the same day, also replaced the 2 bearings. Working as good as new now, for almost 2 months.
7:10 that black stuff he is removing here. Did he tell you what it is? I can't hear any audio in this video. What advice did the repair guy give you to avoid this situation from happening again?
Thats all the lint and dirt from over 7 years... Wont be closing the lid of the machine immediately after a wash to let the drum dry properly going ahead.
