Trying to figure how this works... mostly what modes does the camera have to be set in to push out HDMI? Ideal for me is Camera (DSLR) is recording to SD card *and* push out HDMI feed (clean hopefully -for instance Canon 80D does not have a clean HDMI out while recording, only when camera is in play back mode -while my Canon M50 does have a clean HDMI out while recording) so that there's a recording on the camera SD card while also feeding the monitor with HDMI. OR... does the monitor only work when the camera is in the playback mode which is usually when it feeds out the HDMI port -not when camera is recording. Is there a Camera compatibility list by Accsoon for this new 4K model?

That’s the hdmi out setting thing, it’s not about the Accsoon

@@NOlimitsON Thanks for the confirmation that the SeeMo-4k is a monitor/recorder for the HDMI feed so if the camera (feed source) doesn't put out a clean HDMI feed the SeeMo-4k will exactly display the same thing. Canon 70D/80D HDMI out video can remove menu items but always will have the autofocus square appearing... hence not a good camera for this application.

B&H has the 4K in stock order placed! I saw the Atomos phone was coming out but only 1080p. Hmmm atomos is pretty reputable company & they were saying at 2024 NAB that the usbc is incapable of 4K, interesting. I wonder how Accsoon has such a jump start?

Hi guys, I’m having a serious problem using my usd-c port into my tablet since I got the Seemo 4k. I have only one usb-c port my tablet which I use for my audio input. I got usd-c A/v hub and it is not working at all. Anybody know how I can input my Video and Audio using Seemo 4k? Please help me

just bought this - very nice - BUT... 1) would love to be able to record to SD card directly (not sure why you can't as the phone sees it) 2) loop out HDMI - I want to record and stream to a ATEM with other cameras, but you can't - only using their app

1) it’s impossible as for now… but in future versions they might add this functionality 2) who knows, maybe they’ll add this as well

There is, but it’s the same as with any hdmi monitor, there is some latency, but you wouldn’t almost notice it

I think your comment about "cannot charge via lightning" isn't true any longer with the 4k version. I believe that's one of the upgrades on this new model.

@@NOlimitsON kinda weird. I have the old seemo and before the app got updated, the max bitrate was 30, than 20. So 4k recordings will be also 20? Doesnt make sense. They need to update to atleast 40-50

@@CliffR I thought the new model has crazy speeds over usb c…. Thunderbolt is for nothing than… you can shoot apple pro res raw on an ssd but not h265 or h264 over 20mbit/s…. I don’t get it

Needs to be about to record to external media, SD card, SSD, CF express. Needs 10 bit. Needs H265, or ProRes codecs. 8 bit H264 sounds like a product 10 years ago.

@@NOlimitsON lol funny you say that, because that's exactly what I use. Atomos also has released theirs which does record 10 bit, h265, and ProRes but the price is insane you could almost get a Ninja V. I can see these products just flopping

The live streaming stability is depends on the network connection stability. Also please note that if the bit rate too high will make the live stream don't stable because the bandwith limittation. For most of the platforms, 4-8Mbps is the best bit rate. The live stream doesn't relate to the SeeMo firmware, SeeMo just send the video to the iOS and then the Accsoon SEE App push the stream to the Internet.
