Replacing a window arm operator in a high-rise building (20 Newport Pkwy) 

I couldn't find a video where someone would explain how to do it in a high-rise (without access to outside), so I just made the video.

What's used in 20 Newport Pkwy and 1 Shore Lane is: Truth Hardware 9-1/2" Rear Mount Left Hand Casement Window Operator With Pivot Shoe.
When ordering the part, it is very important to get the size right (9 1/2) and to get the options right (Rear Mount, Left Hand, With Pivot Shoe), otherwise it just won't fit, of course.
