Thanks for this, it's nice to see this done on the roadside on a scruffy scooter instead of in a nice shiny workshop with all the gear, and I've just done mine.
When changing pads go steady until the pad beds in to the disc. This can take a few miles. We change brake fluid at the customers request, but ideally it should be changed every 2 years.
