Replacing clutch pedal pad on a Honda Prelude 2001 

My Honda 2001 Prelude wasn't starting and I thought it would be the battery or starter but that wasn't the problem. The clutch and brake have a plastic pad that activates a switch. The clutch pedal had 2, one for the cruise control and the other one to start the car, this to make sure you press the clutch before you start.
