Short video on my attempt replacing the felt on my accordion. I am no professional. It all went well, I had to replace some felt again since some wax dripped on it. Afterwards a slight rod bending was necesary to allign the keys.

Actually I have a different one now with a pin that slides through the keys. This is usually how it is done. And actually I prefer it that way, less fiddely.

No! I am sorry but I couldnt film and do it at the same time. But the gluing is pretty straight forward, Put the glue on the pallet and attach the felt feltside up to the pallet. The wax is trickier. First put i put some wax in the pallet then put the lever in and put some more wax on top. You can look for the how its made scandalli video there you see a short scene on how to do it.
