This was very helpful, thank you. I found that I could replace the blinker assembly by removing just the 4 Torx screws holding the bumper in the R-front wheel well and popping off the front R corner of the bumper (didn't need to jack up the car, or remove the underside splash guard, or or remove the wheel well guard). The bumper is extremely flexible, never seemed at risk of snapping while I bent it forward to get to the blinker assembly. Removing the furthest inside retainer screw from the assembly with a small socket wrench was a bit tricky, but I figure I saved time overall with less disassembly/reassembly. Still very grateful for the video.
Just had to unscrew and unclip the inside fender cover did not have to remove the whole fender cover. I did not seperate the plastic fingers holding the two fender covers together...
