This video is about replacing LED bulb unit, and also will be helpful for replacing Diaphragm image reflector, Keystone glass, and Cooling fans and also for timely cleaning of projector and its review and issues faced with it.

Looks like the original LED from GP90/100 and F30 is only 60W but the power supply is sending the double of the current. If you want, you can check if it's 1,8 A. More than that it will only produce more heat, without producing more light. This way you can reduce the fan speed too to be quieter with a stepdown converter or with a resistor

@critical loop ... may i know specific model of replacement LED ? mine also need to replaced after 1 yr. Does all RD-806 led model can fit? your replacement LED how much Watt? the stock is 200W.

mostly all RD-806 are same, the screw hole both ways to be in 34mm wide...some might be with steel casing too, if the led COB chip in square shape dont buy, it wont fit inside the reflector opening... the replacement led was 150w only.. I experienced a little reduction in brightness...

sorry for late reply. Brother use multimeter and check led bulb kaam karraha hai ya nahi. if led not working thn buy if not check board. multimeter sab electronic repair shop ke paas hoga.

Bro u try to open ur projector and check if its LED issue... Thn LED bulb model number will be on it... Search using that model number brother... the link which i used to buy is not delivering to India itseems... any way try ur best if can get it in google... if found the part in google try to check the delivery info before ordering it...

Bro i have vivibright gp 100 projector. Need to replace led. My led part number ly181266, i enqired in yoycart ,they have 2variety. 120w and 160 w 120w 8 string 6 parallel 160w 10 string 7 parallel. Which one is have to replace ? Or This one is will be work ? 👇 LY-D4046A-10S-T Bulb RD-806

LY181266 is 160W with 10series and 7parallels. intha modelum same ah thaan iruku bro LY-D4046A so go with 160w type, even screw hole dimension also is same(34mm) so its a matching bulb bro.

@@namakuyethuku4148 yoycart la LYD4046A sonnangala bro athu vaangunga bro athu work aagum, for my projector it worked. neenga 160 watts model choose panunga tat only suits gp100 board bro.. bro soldering panumbothu board la irunthu connection remove panittu soldering panunga bcozz light rombo heat aagum so soldering konjam strong ah pananum.
