Replacing lower ball lift pulley wheel in Frameworks ball lift.

A fellow mechanic mentioned the other day that he had issues installing the key pin. I reminded him that he could lightly file down irregularities in the key pin that may have been caused during removal. Sometimes using vice grips or pliers will score the surface causing issues when installing the key pin. He said that would have been nice to know. So here it is, if you are struggling installing the key pin lightly file the surface to fit and your installation might go a little smoother.
