In this video I swap the blades in my Delta 22 - 540 portable planer. The tools needed to complete the job or a Phillips screwdriver, a 5/16 open-end wrench, a blade setting jig, and new blades. In this case, I was able to swap the blades that were already in there around instead of replacing them.
