i've watched a lot of instructional videos on here over the years and this is one of the best i've seen! clear voice over, clean camera work. beautiful job all round!
excellent videos, used a huge amount to change parts here and there on the old disco 2, lol cant get any more british " going in on the piss" haha keep them coming, could you do a video on the disco 2 front shock/ coil and tower change mines gone down the drain
Wow you do like that grease....lol I would worry about you but I think that ship has sailed. Nice tool ... I'm guessing if you want to retain a sharper edge for cutting then a better quality one is likely to last longer. Or do you just tart up the end every time you do a set of bushes? I"ve always preferred the hacksaw approach as you can get away with a smaller vice. Using soap soapy water acts as an excellent lubricant on the rubber.
Not a home garage job unless you have unlimited gadgets and tools , does anyone know a rough estimate for both arms, all bushes on a disco 2 UK cost? I know it is a tough ask but a guide would be great.
@@trailerfitter2 Yes, its likely to be a once in a disco lifetime job or every 100k miles. Not a home job. Re conned arms must be worth their weight in gold... Almost. Brilliant video. 👍
Can someone tell me the diameter of the holes in the radius arms? I have a custom vehicle looks like these Land Rover arms, and I cannot find bushings in a catalog. These are 0.625 inch, or about 41mm. And about 51mm wide. Also, ID of the sleeve would be handy.
